About the routine
Why four steps and not one?
Each step has its own job. A light serum and a rich cream can't share one bottle, so each got its own, with a number on it. You use them in order: 1, 2, 3, then the eyes.
What order do I use them in?
DAY 01, then DAY 02, then DAY 03, then EYES. The number is on every bottle. Use them morning and night, and in the morning put your own sunscreen on last.
Will it bother sensitive skin?
None of the steps has retinol or added fragrance. Still, every skin is different. Before you start, put a little of each step on your inner arm and wait a day. If your skin gets red or itchy, stop and email us.
I use a prescription skin cream. Can I use this too?
Ask your doctor first. There's no retinol in any of our steps, so you can also use them as your whole routine.
How soon will I see a change?
On the first night you'll feel how the layers go on. How your skin looks takes longer, so give it a few weeks. That's why you get 60 nights to decide.
How long does a set last?
Every bottle is full size: 30 mL for the serums and the eye cream, 50 mL for the face cream. How long they last depends on how much you use.
Can I buy just one step?
Yes, every step is sold on its own. A set costs less, though, and only a set comes with the 60-night promise.
Can I use it while pregnant or nursing?
Please ask your doctor before you start any new skincare.
Orders, shipping and returns
How does the 60-night promise work?
Use your first set for up to 60 nights after it arrives. If it isn't for you, email support@satinvie.com with your order number and we'll refund that set, even if it's opened. You don't send anything back. It's one set per customer, and it doesn't cover shipping costs or single bottles. Read the full policy
Where do you ship, and how fast?
We ship to US addresses only. We pack orders in 2 to 5 business days and send them by USPS with tracking. Shipping is free over $75 and $6.95 below that. The PDRN Serum can't ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can return any unopened bottle within 30 days of delivery. Email support@satinvie.com with your order number. If your first set is opened, the 60-night promise covers it.
My parcel is late or damaged. What now?
If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or your order comes damaged or wrong, email us your order number. We'll send a new one or give you a refund.
Why did my order come in two boxes?
Sometimes our steps ship from two US warehouses. Each box has its own tracking link.
Who makes satinvie.?
We're a small, independent brand run by Nicolas Feier, and our products are made in the USA. Email support@satinvie.com and a real person will answer, usually within one business day.
Satin Club questions
What is Satin Club?
It's an optional plan that sends you a new box every 30, 60 or 90 days, for less money. You pick it in the buy box. Buying once works just as well.
How does Club billing work?
You pay the Club price when you join, then the same amount each time a new box is due, until you cancel. You can skip, change or cancel online in your account anytime before your next box. There's no minimum number of boxes. Read the Satin Club terms
How much do I save with the Club?
You save 15% on single steps, 31% on the Bounce Duo, and 35% on the Day Ritual and the Satin Ritual. That's compared with buying each bottle at full price.
Does the 60-night promise cover Club boxes?
It covers your first set only. Later Club boxes aren't covered, but you can cancel before the next one comes.
