1. Who we are

Dewfable is an online store operated by Nicolas Feier, Ulmenweg 4, 77656 Offenburg, Germany. You can reach us at support@dewfable.com. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Dewfable, and "you" means anyone who visits the store or buys from it.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and the Dew Club terms (all linked in the footer of this site), apply to your use of the store and to every order you place. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Who can order

You need to be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

3. Our products

dewfable. products are cosmetics, made in the USA by our manufacturing and fulfillment partner. They are meant to cleanse, hydrate and change how skin looks and feels. They are not drugs or medical devices and do not treat, cure or prevent any condition. Read the full ingredient list before you buy, patch test every new product before first use, and stop using a product if it irritates your skin. If you have a skin condition or are pregnant or nursing, ask your doctor first.

We try to describe and show our products accurately. Colors and textures on your screen may look slightly different from the real thing. Product details and availability can change, and we may limit quantities.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping to US addresses is free on orders over $75 and $6.95 below that. Set prices are applied automatically in your cart. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order, and you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Dew Club (subscriptions)

Dew Club is optional, and buying once is always picked first. If you choose Dew Club, you agree to pay the price shown every 30, 60 or 90 days (whichever you picked) until you cancel. You can skip, change or cancel online in your account, or by emailing us, any time before your next box is charged. If we ever change the Club price, we'll email you at least 7 days before it applies. The full Dew Club terms are on their own page and form part of these terms.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carriers. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, our Shipping Policy explains how we replace or refund it.

8. Returns, refunds and our promise

Our 60-night promise and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

9. Reviews and feedback

If you send us a review, photo or other feedback, you allow us to use it on our store and in our marketing, and you confirm that it is your own honest experience. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

10. Intellectual property

The dewfable. name, logo, labels, text, images and design of this store belong to us or our licensors. You may use the store for your own personal shopping, but you may not copy, resell or republish its content without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use

Please do not use the store for anything unlawful, try to interfere with its security or operation, submit false information, or place orders for commercial resale.

12. Relationship with Shopify

Our store runs on Shopify. Any purchase you make here is made directly with Dewfable, and Shopify is not responsible for any part of the sale, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from products you buy. Personal information you submit may also be processed by Shopify as described in our Privacy Policy and in Shopify's own privacy policy.

13. Third-party services

Some features, such as payment providers, the subscription portal and tracking pages, are run by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to.

14. Liability

We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where liability cannot be limited by law. In all other cases, our liability for slightly negligent breaches is limited to breaches of essential obligations and to the damage that was typical and foreseeable when you placed your order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you buy as a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live.
