Shipping policy
US shipping is free on orders over $75, and that includes every set. Below $75 it costs $6.95.
- Where we ship: US addresses only. The PDRN Serum can't ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
- When it leaves: we pack your order in 2 to 5 business days.
- How it travels: USPS, with tracking. We email you the tracking link as soon as it ships.
- One box or two: we pack your steps together when we can. Sometimes a set ships from two US warehouses, so it comes in two boxes, each with its own tracking link.
- Dew Club boxes: they ship on the day they renew, at the same rates.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or your order comes damaged or wrong, email support@dewfable.com with your order number. We'll send a new one or refund you.
